US Ambassador visited JP Elektroprivreda BiH

Her excellency Maureen Cormack, the US Ambassador for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Peter Duffy USAID Mission Director to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mak Kamenica Deputy Chief of Party of the USAID Enterprise Energy Efficiency and Edhem Brankovic as the representative of the Economic/Commercial office at the U.S. Embassy Sarajevo visited JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d.-Sarajevo

Ambassador Cormack pointed out the importance of JP Elektroprivreda BiH for the energy system of the country, its contribution to stability and integrity and of the significance of participation of JP Elektroprivreda BIH in US agency supported projects in the energy sector.
Management of the company introduced Ambassador Cormack to operation of JP Elektroprivreda BiH, the interaction in the EPBiH Concern with JP Elektroprivreda BiH at the healm as well as the operation of its members. One of the topics were the processes concerning investments such as „Blok 7“ in Thermal Power Plant „Tuzla“.
Durning the interaction, information about investment plans concerning renewable energy sources with the goal of meeting ecological standards was presented to the US delegation.
